Lauren Montgomery

Lauren Montgomery is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in customer experience and team management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Channel Fusion since August 2019, Lauren has held various roles within the company, including Operations Supervisor and Customer Experience Specialist. Prior experience includes managing daily operations and front-of-house staff as a Manager at Monica's from August 2015 to August 2019, and serving as a Baker at Woofables Gourmet Dog Bakery. Lauren started career as an Assistant at Bush, Motto, Creen, Koury, and Halligan: Attorneys at Law from January 2014 to August 2015. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Leadership from the University of Iowa, earned between 2014 and 2019.
