Joanna M.

Joanna M. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Joanna began their career at Zappos Family of Companies in 2008, where they worked as a Senior Content Coordinator in the Fashion department. During their time there, Joanna demonstrated strong independent judgment in task prioritization and time management. Joanna also handled customer problems, provided requested information, and played a key role in resolving issues. Joanna later joined WestCare Foundation in 2016, assuming the role of Lead Admissions Specialist and Office Manager. Joanna performed duties related to admissions and also managed office operations. Currently, Joanna serves as a Senior Content Strategist at Channel Key LLC, a position they have held since 2019.

Joanna M. completed their high school education at Boulder City High School from 1994 to 1997. During their time there, they pursued an Honors English and Journalism degree, specializing in English, theater, creative writing, and journalism. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including "Dealing With Difficult People," "Leadership & Management Skills for Women," and "Microsoft® Excel® Basics" from Pryor Learning Solutions | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack in November 2019, September 2019, and August 2019 respectively.
