Claudia Hernandez

Claudia Hernandez is an experienced customer service professional with a solid background in account management. Since January 2015, Claudia has been working at Channel Master as a Customer Service Representative and Account Manager, demonstrating strong capabilities in customer relations and account management. Prior to this role, Claudia served as a Customer Service Representative at PCT from September 2007 to January 2015, where foundational skills in customer service were developed and honed.
