Chloe O'Toole

Chloe O'Toole has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as Co-Chair of 4Purple, Channel 4's Disability Network since October 2016. In this role, Chloe focuses on raising awareness of diverse cultures and creating a safe environment for employees to share their experiences while promoting change for disability interests at Channel 4. Previous positions include AV Executive, Diversity & Inclusion Executive, Airtime Assistant, and Media Apprentice, demonstrating strong skills in project management, training, and administrative support. Chloe also served as Accessibility Supervisor at Glastonbury Festival Events Limited, emphasizing effective communication and strategic planning, and worked as a Customer Service Advocate at The Co-operative Bank plc, enhancing customer relations and support.
