Etty Ashby

Etty Ashby is an experienced Broadcast System Engineer at Channel 4 since March 2020, with a background in various engineering and technical roles in the broadcast industry. Prior to this, Etty worked as a Post Production Engineer at Ericsson Broadcast and Media Services from May 2015 to March 2020, and as a Technical Account Manager at Grass Valley from June 2014 to April 2015. Etty's earlier experiences include positions as an Integration Engineer at IFP and a Freelance QC Operator for Box TV, where responsibilities encompassed the preparation and testing of on-air content for multiple channels. Etty also gained hands-on experience as a Camera and Autocue Operator at Chelsea TV and contributed as a Fly Away Engineer during the Ravensbourne degree show. Etty holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Broadcast Technology from Ravensbourne University London, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
