Franca De Jong

Franca de Jong currently serves as the Head of Finance & Legal at Channext, a position held since February 2023, after previously being the Finance & Legal Manager. From September 2018 to February 2023, Franca worked at Hoek Ten Katen in various roles, including Advocaat, Juridisch medewerker, and Werkstudent. Prior experience includes a short internship at HFW in July 2018 as a Student Stagiair and team membership in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot during 2017-2018 at Utrecht University. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial & Company Law from Erasmus School of Law (2018-2019), a Master of Laws (LLM) in Maritime and Transport Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2017-2018), and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Utrecht University (2014-2017). Franca also studied at Winthrop University from 2013 to 2014.
