Olivier Farache has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Olivier is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at CHAOS Industries, a high-growth technology company specializing in advanced product development for defense, aerospace, and critical industries.
Prior to their current role, Farache worked at Palantir Technologies from 2018 to 2023, where they held multiple positions including Office of the CEO, Global Head of Utilities, President and Head of Japan Operations, and Principal.
Before joining Palantir Technologies, Farache was self-employed as a Security and Technical Consultant, offering services such as threat assessments, security and counter-terrorism strategy, and active shooter prevention and training. Olivier has over ten years of experience as a former Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), focusing on violent crimes, crimes against children, counter-terrorism, serial homicides, sexual assaults, behavioral analysis, and dignitary protection.
Farache started their career as an Attorney at Law, working at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from 2003 to 2006, Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison from 2001 to 2003, and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 1999 to 2000.

Olivier Farache received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Philosophy from Brandeis University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Olivier later pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law at the University of Michigan Law School, completing their studies from 1996 to 1999.
