Chris Klug is an accomplished educator and creative professional with extensive experience in storytelling, game design, and the entertainment industry. Currently serving as a Professor and Associate Professor at Carnegie Mellon University since 2004, Chris teaches future leaders in Video Game, Themed Entertainment, and Feature Film Animation, also advising student projects. As the Director of the National High School Gaming Academy, Chris oversees a summer program focused on game development. Additionally, Chris is a Freelance Writer for Chaosium, contributing to the new version of RuneQuest and the update of Dragon Pass. Owner of Black Bear Entertainment, Chris provides writing and consulting services across various media. Previous roles include Creative Director at Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment and Electronic Arts, as well as teaching positions at multiple Art Institutes. Chris holds a BA in Speech and Theater and a Lighting Design Certificate from educational institutions including Montclair State University and Carnegie Mellon University.
