Neil Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Neil currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Engineering at FinancialForce, a role they started in September 2021. Prior to this, Neil served as the Director of Product Management - Platform at FinancialForce starting in April 2018 and as the Senior Director of Engineering from February 2019 to August 2021.

Before joining FinancialForce, Neil worked at Chaosium from August 2015 to September 2021. Neil held the role of Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for running the operations of the award-winning roleplaying game, board game, and fiction publishing company. Neil also served as the CFO / CTO at Chaosium from August 2015 to October 2017.

In 2014, Neil Co-founded Moon Design LLC and served as the Co-Owner and President of the company. Neil was involved in the company's operations until the present.

Neil's previous work experience includes roles at ReallyInvesting as a Manager starting in 2012, LittleBit Investing as a Manager from May 2013 onwards, and Microsoft. At Microsoft, Neil held the positions of Senior Engineering Lead from December 2012 to October 2017 and Senior Program Manager from December 2008 to December 2012.

Prior to their time at Microsoft, Neil worked at Tectura as an AX Packaging Development Team Lead for a brief period in 2008. Neil also held the role of Senior Developer at Tectura from May 2008 to June 2008.

Neil's earlier experience includes working as an Application Architect at Tyler Technologies from November 2003 to May 2008 and as a Systems Development Manager at Eden Systems from November 1996 to November 2003.

Neil began their career as a Hobby Game Designer in November 1996, and their work in this field continued until December 2013.

Neil Robinson completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Victoria, from 1985 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in October 2020, and in "Managing New Managers" from LinkedIn in September 2019.
