HR

HR has been working in the human resources field for over 10 years. They have a wealth of experience in managing staff, developing retention initiatives, and minimizing legal liability. For the past two years, they have been working as the Director of Human Resources for Betony, a large company with over 90 employees. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all HR related matters, including employee handbooks, new hire paperwork, discipline and termination paperwork. They also maintain close relationships with employees to ensure performance goals are met and retention levels increase. In addition, HR has established and maintained close ties with ownership, highest ranking officers and the company as a whole based in Moscow Russia. They have also provided continuous resources and education in all HR related matters to principals and high ranking officers in Moscow.

HR reports to Nael Hailemariam, Co-founder and General Manager. They work with CMO - Endy, Israel Goytom - Co-founder and CTO (TechnoKing), and Director of Reconciliation and Settlement Officer - Vacant position.
