Adaora Obikili has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Adaora started their career at Credit Suisse in 2005 as an Oil & Gas Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Adaora then moved on to become an Analyst in Equity Corporate Finance at the same company. In 2008, they transitioned into the role of UK Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, where they remained until 2010. In 2010, Adaora joined Nottingham University Business School as an MBA student and stayed until 2012. Adaora then joined Fidelity Bank PLC in 2013 as a Senior SME Banking Executive during their NYSC. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Dalberg Global Development Advisors as a Senior Consultant. Lastly, they joined Chapel Hill Denham in 2017 as an Assistant Vice President for the SME Fund and later became the Head of Retail Product, Retail Strategy & Development.
Adaora (Nneji) Obikili earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Warwick, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels at Headington School between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Grow Movement Volunteer Consultant after completing a project with Grow Movement in January 2012.
