Fernanda Caires

Fernanda Caires has extensive experience in library management and education, currently serving as the Head Librarian and Graphic Design Instructor at Chapel School - Escola Maria Imaculada since 2009. In this role, Fernanda develops library policies and procedures for both Elementary and High School levels and manages the circulation system. Prior experience includes Library Coordinator at St. Paul's School, focusing on activities to promote reading among students and teachers, and Culture Projects Coordinator at C.E.U Rosa da China. Earlier positions include Librarian at Braskem, overseeing the company’s Information and Knowledge Resources, and Student Library Assistant at Universidade Metodista de São Paulo. Fernanda's educational background includes a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from USP, a Specialist degree in Knowledge Management from Centro Universitário Senac, and Bachelor's degrees in Pedagogy and Library Science.
