Landyn Reddy

Landyn Reddy has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Starting in 2015, they worked as an Individualized Youth Mentor at CESA 6, where they mentored children and cultivated positive community engagement and peer. In 2017, they worked as a Global Market Research Intern at Euromonitor International, where they assisted in executing custom market research projects and managing client communications. In 2018, they worked as a Grants Manager at Food Connect Co., overseeing grant operations and developing partnerships to bring in a revenue of over $250,000. Also in 2018, they worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Fellow at Transparency and Accountability Initiative, conducting and synthesizing research to advise members on how to improve their grant making efforts. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Grants Associate at Walking Mountains Science Center, executing a grants and corporate giving strategy to secure 10 new grants, manage 25 grants and sponsorship contracts, monitor and report on programs, and help establish an annual revenue stream of $1 million from institutional giving. Currently, they are an Account Manager at ChapterSpot.

Landyn Reddy obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 2013 and 2017. Landyn then pursued two Master of Arts - MA degrees, one in International Affairs from American University and one in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development from Universidad para la Paz, both of which they completed in 2019. In 2021, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
