Darryl Beach

Darryl Beach is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Charcoal Group of Restaurants since February 2019, Darryl previously held multiple positions at Earls Kitchen + Bar, including Head Chef from May 2014 to May 2015 and again from January 2012 to May 2015, as well as Assistant Chef from January 2011 to January 2012. Additionally, Darryl gained valuable expertise at Saltlik Steakhouse as Head Chef and Sous Chef from October 2001 to December 2010, along with earlier experience as Sous Chef at Earls Kitchen + Bar from June 1998 to October 2001.
