Shanna Jenion

Shanna Jenion has an extensive background in the restaurant industry, with experience in various management roles. Currently, Shanna holds the position of Director of Construction & Development at Charcoal Group of Restaurants, where Shanna also serves as the Performance Systems Manager. Prior to this, Shanna worked as the Director of Training at Tortoise Restaurant Group. Shanna also has experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Day Manager at SIR Corp. Shanna obtained their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western University.
