Tim Thompson

Tim Thompson is an experienced professional in benefits administration and customer service management. Currently serving as a Benefits Administrator at Chard Snyder since December 2019, Tim has developed expertise in managing employee benefits. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Customer Service Lead at Security National Automotive from January 2011 to March 2019, where responsibilities included training and supporting customer service representatives as well as leading the insurance claims and communications teams. Tim holds an Associate of Arts degree in Pre-Business Administration from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, earned between 2017 and 2018.
