Dave Terry

Dave Terry has a strong background in the gear manufacturing industry. Dave started their career as the Gear Division Manager at Beaver Aerospace and Defense in 1998. In 2002, they became the President of Gearing Solutions LLC before transitioning to Chardam Gear Company in 2008. At Chardam Gear Company, they initially worked as an Engineer/Sales and eventually became the Vice President of Sales, a position they currently hold. Dave's expertise lies in precision cut and ground gear components and they have experience in prototyping, engineering, production, and JIT inventory control.
