Guy Barudin has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Guy currently holds the position of Director of Investment Banking at Chardan since February 2019. In these roles, they developed systematic screening and partnership negotiating processes, benchmarked product development and marketing responsibilities, and built and managed teams and systems for reviewing and executing marketing agreements, technology licenses, and equity investments.
Earlier in their career, Guy worked at RMS Technologies as the VP of Development, overseeing the strategy and business development of a financially distressed $100M IT manager and advising on its sale to a private equity fund. Prior to RMS Technologies, they were the Vice President of Business Development at Liberty Technologies, where they generated the company's first industrial sale, achieved a 30% growth in the core business through alliances, acquisitions, and direct product management, and managed the company's IPO.
