Marc Rosenwald

Marc Rosenwald started their work experience in 1989 at American Express. Marc held various roles in the company, including Vice President and Lead Financial Officer for US Card Servicing, Director of US Card Servicing HQ Finance, Senior Manager of Business Analysis for Consumer Card Group, and Senior Manager of TRS HQ Business Planning and Financial Analysis. In these roles, they provided financial and business leadership, oversaw large expense bases, and led teams of finance professionals.

In 2005, Marc joined Charge Enterprises Inc as the Corporate Controller. Marc is currently in this role, responsible for financial control oversight and management reporting.

Throughout their career, Marc Rosenwald has demonstrated expertise in financial control, risk assessment, reserves provision, external filings, and management reporting. Marc has also led the implementation of accounting standards and provided transaction advisory support.

Marc Rosenwald attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1981 to 1985 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting & MIS. Marc then pursued postgraduate studies at Columbia Business School from 1987 to 1989, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.
