Amy Activille

Amy Activille has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Amy began their career at Nederlandse Spoorwegen as a Rail Catering/Perron Dienst from April 2011 to February 2013. Amy then interned at Mondelēz International in the HR department for six months in 2013. Amy continued their HR internships at the International Water Association from March 2014 to August 2014, where they focused on a thesis research project on Change Management and supported various HR tasks. In 2014, they joined FIS as an HR Coordinator II from September 2014 to December 2016, and later transitioned to the role of HR Operations Specialist from January 2017 to April 2021. Currently, Amy is working at Chargebee as a Human Resources Business Partner EMEA, starting from April 2021.

Amy Activille attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management. In 2013 to 2014, they also participated in a study exchange program at Shandong University of Finance and Economics and received a Certificate of Completion. Prior to that, they attended Dominica State College from 2006 to 2008, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Amy obtained a CIPD level 5 certification from CIPD in March 2019.
