Chris Cynar has a strong background in customer service and technical support. Chris began their career at Hollywood Video as a Customer Service Representative and was later promoted to Shift Leader. From there, they moved on to Blizzard Entertainment, starting as a Game Master and then advancing to Specialist Game Master, where they provided technical support and investigated player violations within the World of Warcraft game environment. After their time at Blizzard, Chris joined Blackbaud as a Solutions Engineer, working collaboratively with clients, sales teams, and product development to implement software solutions. Most recently, Chris has been working at Intellum and Chargebee as a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, utilizing their expertise to assist clients in finding the right solutions for their needs.
Chris Cynar completed their high school education at Dexter High School from 1997 to 2001, earning a High School Diploma. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Effects and Motion Graphics at The Art Institutes from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Chris also holds a certification in Raiser's Edge Professional (bCRE-Pro) from Blackbaud. The month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
