Kianna Scott

Kianna Scott has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kianna is currently the Senior Vice President of Workforce Development at ChargerHelp!, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at IHI Holdings starting in May 2022. In 2022, they also served as the Associate Director of Programs & Curriculum at SoLa Impact from February to October.

From January 2021 to October 2022, Kianna held the position of HR Director at LOS ANGELES EDUCATION CORPS, and before that, they were the Director of Curriculum and Instruction from October 2011 to January 2021.

Kianna's work experience also includes serving as the Education Manager at Los Angeles Conservation Corps from June 2008 to August 2011, where they were responsible for overseeing school programming, managing the school budget, observing instructors, and developing relationships with community organizations. Kianna began their career as an Instructor at Los Angeles Education Corps in September 2000, where they worked until June 2008.

Kianna Scott has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Occidental College. Kianna also holds a Master of Education degree from California State University-Dominguez Hills. In addition to their degrees, Kianna has obtained a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
