Sandi Parker

Sandi Parker currently serves as the Regional Portfolio Manager at Charities Housing Development Corporation since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sandi held the position of Area Director of Operations at Mercy Housing from February 2022 to November 2023. Sandi has extensive experience in property management, having worked as a Senior Property Manager at MidPen Housing Corporation from March 2011 to February 2022, and as a Property Manager at Eden Housing, Inc. from February 2008 to March 2011. Sandi completed Real Estate Broker courses and focused on Real Estate Development at Allied Real Estate Management from 2006 to 2009.
