Steven Williams, LEED AP

Steven Williams, LEED AP has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Steven began their career at Manhattan Construction Company, where they worked as a Superintendent from March 2006 to June 2014. Steven then transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager at the same company, working from June 2014 to May 2016.

In May 2016, Steven joined Charles Perry Partners, Inc. as a Project Director. Steven excelled in this role for almost four years until January 2020. Following this, they were promoted to Vice President Regional Manager, serving from January 2020 until September 2021. Currently, Steven holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Charles Perry Partners, Inc., a role they assumed in September 2021.
