Paul M. Saia

Paul M. Saia, MBA has over 28 years of work experience in the banking and finance industry. Paul M. currently serves as a Board Member for the Medway Business Council since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Charles River Bank as a Vice President/Retail Banking Officer starting in July 2021. From August 2018 to July 2021, they held the position of Vice President Retail Banking at East Boston Savings Bank. Before that, they were a Vice President/Consumer Banking at Santander Bank, N.A. from December 2015 to August 2018. Paul M. also served as the Vice President/Retail Market Manager at TD from January 2012 to December 2015. Paul started their career in banking as a Sales Manager at Direct Federal Credit Union from 1994 to 1996, and then held various roles at Citizens Bank, including Branch Manager from 1996 to 2001, and Regional Manager from 2001 to 2007. Paul M. also worked as a District Regional Manager at Rockland Trust Company from 2007 to 2010. With their extensive experience in the banking sector, Paul brings valuable expertise and leadership to their current role.

Paul M. Saia, MBA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College, which they earned between 1982 and 1986. In 1998 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction in Change Management at Bentley University. Additionally, in 2004, Paul completed an Advanced Leadership Development Program at Babson College.
