Sean Clarke

Sean Clarke, MBA, currently serves as a Healthcare Recruiter at Charles River Community Health since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Clean Harbors, where responsibilities involved interviewing candidates and training other coordinators, and at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, which focused on coordinating interviews and managing confidential HR information. Sean has also contributed to the HR functions at Novartis and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, providing administrative support and facilitating various HR processes. In addition, experience as a Producer and Host at ImprovBoston involved restructuring show formats and recruiting talent. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Wheaton College and is currently pursuing an MBA at Western Governors University.
