André Bouchard

Andre Bouchard is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Charles River Development since April 2002. In this role, Andre oversees worldwide legal issues for both Charles River Development and Charles River Brokerage, LLC, advising executive management and overseeing corporate compliance. Additionally, Andre has been the General Counsel for Mercatus since September 2021, following its acquisition by Charles River Development. Previous experience includes positions as Corporate Counsel at Divine Interventures, Inc., Staff Attorney at Open Market, Inc., and Professional Services Consultant at PeopleSoft, along with early roles as a Judicial Law Clerk and Law Clerk. Andre holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in English and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts.
