Caroline O’Shaughnessy

Caroline O'Shaughnessy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services sector. Currently, Caroline serves as Managing Director and Head of EMEA at Charles River Development, overseeing the P&L and business operations for the IMS SaaS business in the region, and is a member of the State Street Bank European Management Committee. Previously, at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), Caroline held roles including Chief Client Officer and Managing Director, significantly increasing annual revenue from £517M to £902M and launching FTSE Russell Indexes as a global brand. Earlier career highlights include serving as Managing Director at The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, where Caroline managed global sales for market data products, and as Global Head of Alliances at Thomson Reuters, where over 30 new alliance partnerships were established, leading to substantial revenue growth. Caroline holds a BSc Hons in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham.
