Mike Charles

Mike Charles has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 at Hellmannn Worldwide Logistics as a Senior Service Support officer. Mike then worked as a Senior Service Desk Analyst at CenITex from 2008 to 2011. In 2009, they briefly served as an IT Support Officer at Wesley Mission. From 2012 to 2014, Mike held the role of Projects and Support Coordinator at the Medical Indemnity Protection Society, where they also served as the IT Security Administrator. Mike then joined Bottomline Technologies APAC as a Technical Project Manager from 2015 to 2017. Since 2017, Mike has been working at Charles Sturt University, where they held various roles such as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. Currently, they are working there as the Associate Director of the IT Project Management Officer.

Mike Charles obtained an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems from Victoria University of Technology in 2006. Mike also completed a Bachelor of Computer Systems and Networking from RMIT in the same year. In terms of certifications, they obtained various qualifications including ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile, Complex Project Tips and Tricks from LinkedIn, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, Prince 2 from OGC, and ITIL v3 from OCG.
