Lilly Schlamp

Lillian Schlamp is a finance professional currently working at Charlesbank Capital Partners in a Flagship Private Equity role. Lillian's past experience includes a Private Equity Internship at Searchlight Capital Partners, where analysis of environmental, social, and governance factors in portfolio companies was conducted along with industry research and financial modeling. Lillian also completed an intensive finance program through Girls Who Invest, which led to the internship opportunity at Searchlight. In addition to finance internships, Lillian served as Fundraising Director for The University of Texas at Austin Women in Business, and as an Investor Services Intern at TD Ameritrade, where the Securities Industry Essentials Exam was passed. Prior experience includes property management analysis at Algonquin Properties and customer service at Nta Taekwondo. Lillian is pursuing dual degrees in Finance and Plan II Honors from the Texas McCombs School of Business and The University of Texas at Austin, with an additional term at The University of Edinburgh.
