Joshua Queen

Joshua Queen is an experienced project manager with a background in civil engineering, currently serving in the role at the City of Charleston since April 2022. Prior to this position, Joshua worked as a project engineer at Conti Enterprises, Inc. from May 2021 to April 2022, and gained substantial experience as an associate engineer at SCDOT from August 2013 to May 2021. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, which was completed from 2009 to 2013.
