Richard Andrzejczyk

Richard Andrzejczyk is an experienced professional in the restaurant and construction industries, currently serving as Lead Construction Project Manager at Charleys Philly Steaks since October 2023, focusing on the rapid opening of new Walmart locations while adhering to company construction standards. Prior roles include Vice President at Group 2029 INC DBA Burger King, overseeing 24 units with full P&L accountability and site selection in Central Illinois. Richard has also held various leadership positions, including Director of Franchise Operations at Steak 'n Shake, Director of Operations at Burger King, and Operations Excellence Specialist at Burger King Corporation, where Richard contributed to the development of a global training program.
