Theodore Zeltner

Theodore Zeltner is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in internal medicine and healthcare administration. Currently serving as a Medical Doctor at Charlotte Community Health Clinic since September 2021, Theodore provides patient care several days a week. Previously, Theodore held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Whitney M. Young, Jr. Health Center from July 2014 to April 2022 and served as Director of Adult Medicine and Staff Physician there from June 2010 to April 2022. Additionally, Theodore worked as an Internal Medicine Practitioner and Medical Director at the Center for Disability Services between February 2010 and June 2014. Earlier in the career, Theodore practiced as a Physician in a medical practice from 1978 to 2010. Educationally, Theodore earned an MD from Albany Medical College and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Union College.
