Sarah Maria Johnson

Sarah Maria Johnson has a diverse background in education, starting as a Kindergarten Intern Teacher at Forest Hills Global Elementary School in 2011. Sarah Maria then went on to work as a Fourth Grade Intern Teacher at Pine Valley Elementary School, a Second Grade Intern Teacher at Anderson Elementary School, and a Learning Support Specialist at Charlotte Preparatory School. Sarah Maria also held various roles at Charlotte Country Day School, including as a Junior Kindergarten Lead Teacher, Assistant Teacher, and Summer Programs Assistant. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated a strong commitment to education and student success.

Sarah Maria Johnson attended Charlotte Country Day School for high school from 2004 to 2009. Sarah Maria then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they completed a Master's Degree in Child and Family Studies: Early Childhood Education (B-K) at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2016 to 2018. Sarah also holds additional certifications including CPR/First Aid, Professional Educator License B-K, and Professional Educator License K-6.
