Leah Harvey

Leah Harvey is a dedicated library professional currently serving as a Teen and Adult Services Associate at Charlotte Mecklenburg Library since February 2022. Prior experience includes volunteering at Ansbach Library, where Leah founded the Bleidorn Community Book Club and developed programs that significantly increased patron engagement and attendance. Leah's background also encompasses roles such as Library Technician at Ansbach Library, where proactive initiatives like "Find it Friday" boosted facility attendance, and various volunteer and administrative positions. Leah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Northern Illinois University and is pursuing a Master of Library and Information Science at North Carolina Central University.
