Vicki Steiner, MTA, currently serves as the Destination Services Manager for both the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority and Visit Charlotte, roles held since October 2019 and August 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes being a Self-employed Director of Home Operations from March 2016 to October 2019 and working as the Director of Events at Lewis Management Corp from January 2014 to March 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing events at luxury apartment communities. Vicki has a robust background in operational management and training, having held managerial positions at CanzaCiti Roadhouse and Strix Restaurant Group, as well as event coordination roles at Carolyn Dempsey Design, Inc. and various internships in event production. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Tourism Administration from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purchase College, SUNY.
