Cristin Madden

VP, Commercial Lender at Charlotte State Bank

Cristin was already a familiar figure in banking and commercial lending in Collier and Lee counties when she joined Charlotte State Bank & Trust in 2016. She began her career as a credit analyst at a bank in Bonita Springs in 2000, was promoted to credit manager a year later, and became a vice president and commercial lender in 2004. That’s the same position she holds at Charlotte State Bank & Trust.

At her first bank, Cristin helped grow the bank’s loan portfolio from $50 million to $130 million in a little over four years. She also served as a sales and service officer, portfolio manager and business banking relationship manager at banks in Collier and Lee counties.

Cristin earned a bachelor’s degree in public health at the University of Massachusetts and an MBA in finance at Florida Gulf Coast University. An underwriting specialist in commercial real estate and other fields, she has completed a variety of courses offered by the Risk Management Association (RMA) and Lorman Educational Services (LORMAN) pertaining to loan documentation, accounting and construction law.

A graduate of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Leadership Collier program in 2016, Cristin has served as a board member of the Bonita Springs Lions Eye Clinic since 2014, and she is a Junior Achievement volunteer. She is a member of the Bonita Springs Kiwanis Young Professionals. She is based in Naples.
