Kyara Gray-Uqdah

Kyara Gray-Uqdah is a co-founder of Charm City Buyers, where real estate investing began in 2012 alongside husband Khalil, aiming for a life where traditional 9-5 jobs were optional. Over 11 years, Kyara and Khalil have established themselves as prominent investors and developers in Baltimore City, also co-owning Lanas Construction since 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Operations at Fearless Solutions, LLC from 2014 to 2016, and Operations Manager in Claim Operations at Travelers from 2011 to 2014, where significant efficiency improvements were made. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Finance and Spanish from Lafayette College, as well as study at Goldsmiths, University of London.
