Josh Smith

Josh Smith has worked in the tech industry since 2012. Josh began their career as a Staff Consultant at Capgemini, where they worked on designing responsive web apps for a PhoneGap solution across Android and iOS platforms. In 2017, they transitioned to Backplane as a UI Designer & Front End Engineer, where they were responsible for redesigning and implementing a new client Dashboard. In 2019, Josh moved to Edmodo as a Senior Front End Engineer, where they worked on a cross-functional team responsible for maintaining various features of the Edmodo platform. Most recently, Josh has been working as a Software Engineer at Charma (fka WorkPatterns) since 2020.

Josh Smith attended Auburn University from 2007-2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
