Lauren (Schwent) Rizzo is an experienced retail professional with a robust background in management and team leadership. Currently serving as District Manager at Charming Charlie since March 2017, Lauren previously held roles as Store Manager at Michael Kors and aerie by American Eagle Outfitters, specializing in team management and operational oversight. With a foundation laid at Charming Charlie as a Training Store Manager, Lauren contributed to training initiatives and successful store openings.
