Chatchai Nakprasert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Automotive Project Development at Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd. since October 2017, Chatchai previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Saic Motor Co., Ltd. and various roles at Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited, including Vice President of Compensation and Benefits and AVP of HR Strategy. Chatchai's expertise includes developing remuneration policies, implementing total reward systems across multiple countries, and executing performance management initiatives to align corporate goals with individual objectives.
