Dararatt Prayoonpoakarach

Dararatt Prayoonpoakarach is an experienced professional in corporate governance, currently serving as the Department Manager of Corporate Governance at Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd. since April 2022. With a strong background in the field, Dararatt previously held positions at IRPC Public Company Limited from August 2007 to April 2015, contributing to corporate governance in one of Southeast Asia's first petrochemical complexes.
