Joaquin Rodriguez Lamas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joaquin currently holds the position of Senior Director, Demand Operations & Revenue at Chartboost, where they have been since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director, Demand Revenue & Operations, and Manager, Demand Operations at Chartboost. Before joining Chartboost, Joaquin worked at Sensis as a Product Manager - eCommerce, where they played a crucial role in defining the Go To Market strategy and led the development of a tech platform for eCommerce businesses. Joaquin also worked as Senior Product Consultant at Terra Firma Business Consulting, where they advised the Digital and eCommerce Product Team and led the migration of the paper Yellow Pages AU Directory to the Online YP Directory. As an Independent Consultant, Joaquin served as a Senior Strategy Consultant at FIMBA, working directly with C-level management on quality assurance and auditing projects for the 2016 Olympics. Joaquin co-founded and served as CEO of Icarocopters, a start-up aerial photography company. Joaquin also held various senior leadership and project management roles at Paradigma, including Senior Project Leader and Project Leader. Joaquin achieved significant cost savings and process improvements at both Newsan and Tenaris. Additionally, Joaquin worked as a Senior Consultant at The Clorox Company, where they led multiple cost-saving initiatives. Joaquin started their career as a Researcher at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina. Throughout their career, Joaquin has demonstrated strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and expertise in product management, operations, and cost optimization.

Joaquin Rodriguez Lamas completed their education at two different institutions. From 1993 to 2004, they attended Colegio De La Salle, where they obtained a Bilingual bachelor in science and literature. Following this, from 2005 to 2010, they studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires', earning a degree in Industrial Engineering. During their time at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, they focused on studies related to Engineering, Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
