Spencer Benz

Spencer Benz serves as the Technology and Automation Manager at Charter Dura-Bar since May 2015, overseeing manufacturing execution activities that include the development, implementation, and support of automation and production data systems. Previous roles at Charter Dura-Bar involved Project Engineer responsibilities, focusing on equipment design and manufacturing processes. Spencer's experience also includes participation in the Charter Manufacturing Engineering Leadership Development program, with roles at Charter Dura-Bar, Charter Steel, and Charter Automotive, culminating in a mechanical engineering internship. Spencer Benz holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
