Carolina Segovia

Carolina Segovia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they are working at Charter Hall as a Senior Manager, Data Enablement, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Program Manager, Group Technology at the same company from March 2020 to December 2022. From July 2016 to March 2020, they served as a Technology Business Manager at Charter Hall.

Before joining Charter Hall, Carolina worked at Canon Europa N.V. as the European Quality Lead - IT from September 2015 to June 2016.

From July 2014 to September 2015, they worked at ING DIRECT Australia as the Manager, Planning and Operational Management. Earlier, from November 2012 to June 2014, they held the role of Change Manager, IT Service Management at the same company. Carolina also served as the Manager, Process Design & Delivery from July 2011 to October 2012, and as the Head of Process Services (Secondment) from October 2010 to July 2011. Additionally, they worked as the Manager, IT Process Improvement from December 2007 to September 2010, and as the Quality Assurance Team Leader from September 2005 to November 2007 at ING DIRECT Australia.

Carolina's early career comprises roles at CommSec as a Test Analyst in 2004, Altec as a Software Engineering Consultant from 2001 to 2004, and Banco Rio as a Quality Analyst from 2000 to 2002.

Carolina Segovia obtained a Bachelor of Information Systems degree in Information Technology from the Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas, starting in 1998 and completing the program in 2002. After that, in 2008, they pursued a Diploma of Business in Management from the University of Technology Sydney. In terms of additional certifications, Carolina obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from ING in September 2007 and a COBIT 5 Foundation certificate from APMG-International in June 2015.
