Flavio Rossi

Flavio Rossi has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Flavio recently joined Charter Hall as an Investment Director in the Living Sectors division. Prior to this, Flavio worked as a Lecturer in Building Economics at the University of Sydney. Flavio also held positions at Investa Property Group, where they focused on BTR Originations, Capital Transactions, and Investment. Flavio's tenure at EY included roles as an Associate Director and Manager in Real Estate Transactions. Flavio began their career at Rider Levett Bucknall, where they served as a Senior Development Analyst and Development Analyst. Flavio's expertise lies in investment, capital transactions, and real estate development.

Flavio Rossi completed their education with a GradDip in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Property Economics from the same university, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Flavio's earlier education includes attending Cranbrook School from 2000 to 2005, although the degree and field of study are not specified.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Flavio has obtained several certifications. Flavio became a Licensed Real Estate Agent through NSW Fair Trading in February 2018. In November 2016, they obtained the Associate (AAPI) (CPP) certification from the Australian Property Institute. Before that, in October 2014, they earned the Certified Associate in Asset Management (CAAM) certification from the Asset Management Council.
