Damien Harkins is an experienced sales professional with a diverse background in the real estate and luxury retail sectors. Currently serving as Neighborhood Sales Manager at Charter Homes & Neighborhoods since July 2022, Damien previously held roles at Dan Ryan Builders as a New Home Sales Counselor and Sales Associate from August 2016 to July 2022. Prior to that, Damien worked as a Sales Professional at Tiffany & Co. for eight years and began a career in sales as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Damien holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Real Estate Management from La Roche University.
