Mike Richter

Mike Richter has a diverse range of work experience spanning several decades. Mike has held various management and consulting roles in different industries. In their most recent position at Charter Solutions, Mike served as the Director of Analytics, where they led client engagements and developed data-driven analytics solutions. Mike also worked as a Sr. Management Consultant at Charter Solutions, playing multiple roles in a large Enterprise Business Transformation program. Prior to that, Mike worked at Granite Pointe Partners as a Sr. Management Consultant, managing data integration projects and developing IT strategic assessment services. Mike also gained valuable experience at PRAGMATEK Consulting Group, where they led the design and implementation of custom applications for various clients. In their early career, Mike held managerial positions at Harmon Glass and Carlson Companies, where they oversaw finance, reporting, and administrative functions. Overall, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership, analytical, and technical skills throughout their career.

Mike Richter obtained a BAC in Finance and Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Mike also holds certifications in Tableau Desktop 10 from Tableau Software and PMP from the Project Management Institute.
