Luke Operhall

Luke Operhall is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in metallurgy and quality management. Since January 2022, Luke has served as a Senior Quality and NDT Engineer at Charter Steel. Prior to this role, Luke worked as a Senior Metallurgist at Howmet Aerospace, overseeing quality at the Barberton Cast House and managing ultrasonic testing and chemical analysis. Luke's experience also includes positions as a Senior Metallurgical Engineer and Metallurgical Engineer at ArcelorMittal USA, focusing on mechanical and coating properties of coated products and improving process capabilities. Luke holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
