Brian Lovett is an experienced IT professional with a focus on field services and desktop support. Currently serving as a Field Services Engineer at Charter Technology Solutions since April 2021, Brian previously held roles as a Desktop Support Engineer at HCL Technologies and a Field Services Engineer at Eze Castle Integration, where responsibilities included multi-level support for Windows environments and executive client support. With a foundational background in desktop and system engineering spanning over a decade, Brian has expertise in Windows Server administration, cloud support, and migration projects, as well as experience in managing and troubleshooting MacOSX/iOS systems. Education includes an A.A.S in Computer Network Operations from Katharine Gibbs School and further studies at the University at Albany and the State University of New York at Morrisville.
